Father's Day

June 17th

Today is Father's day! Mommy and I made breakfast for daddy in the morning and gave him some gifts!

Afterwards we met up with Bachan, Auntie Nicole and Uncle Dean to visit Papa at the cemetery. We brought some pretty flowers that we helped put on Papa's grave. It was a sad occasion but it was nice to be able to get together with everyone and to be 'near' Papa on Father's day. We all miss him dearly. I still try to 'call' him on my phone and try to 'draw' him with my pens often.

Monterey

June 16th

Today we went to monterey to celebrate Father's day! Daddy went diving with Uncle Ken and Uncle Jay fished along side them. Mommy and me got to hang out with Auntie Anna, her dog Bella, Auntie Jane and her two dogs, Chloe and Zoe! Because I love dogs, I had a lot of fun playing with them and trying to 'walk' them! We all got to hang out at the beach, where I played with the sand and had a lot of fun! Unfortunately Daddy and his friends didn't catch any fish, but we all got to have a nice lunch and enjoyed the nice weather in Monterey!

June 4th-June 24

I love taking pictures and I'm such a ham! I've got the 'cheese' smile down and I love asking mommy and daddy to get the camera to take picture of me posing so that I can see it afterwards!

Damon's 3rd bday

June 3rd

Today I got to go to Damon's 3rd birthday! It was so nice to see everyone at the party and I had such a great time playing with all of Damon's toys, especially his sandbox! The best part of the party though, was the cool musician that they brought in to entertain us! He brought all kinds of instruments for us to play with, a big parachute with lots of plastic balls and he played a lot of fun songs that we all danced to! I loved it and so did all the kids, especially Damon!

May 27th

I still love to listen to music and dance! My mommy finally got some recent video of me dancing!

I can throw the ball forward now! Before I would throw it behind me or straight down, but now I can throw it in front of me so that Rocky can go and get it! Rocky and I have so much fun playing fetch!

Papa's service

May 26th

So one reason my Mommy has been lagging on my blog/pictures is that my Papa has been sick in the hospital.  He had been in the hospital for a few weeks and we were all hoping he'd be better soon. I kept asking for him and wanting to see him but I wasn't able to visit him in the hospital. My mommy and Bachan were gone quite bit, but I was very lucky to have Grannie fly over to watch / play with me while they were away. Unfortunately my Papa passed away on May 14th. His memorial service was today and it turned out very nice. I was pretty good considering I had to sit still and be quiet for quite some time.  I wasn't quite sure what the service was for and kept asking for Papa. After the service we went to the cemetery to do a viewing and burial. My mommy told me that Papa was sleeping and was going to be sleeping for a very long time.  I will miss Papa very very much.

May 16th

Bachan has been showing me how to take care of my baby doll. I'm really good with her and I wrap her up, rock her, kiss her, put her in her crib and feed her in her high chair! My mommy is hoping that I'll be just as loving to my little baby sister when she's here. We'll see when the time comes. I can always put the dolly away, but I don't think I'll be able to do that with my baby sister!
