My first New Years Eve!

December 31st

Tonight we went to visit my friend Damon to give him his Xmas present and to have dinner! I got to see him and Auntie Ashley and Uncle Todd! It was really nice to see them again! My friend Tyler also stopped by and I got to see him and Auntie Stella and Uncle Spencer too! We had a nice time but I got pretty fussy near the end of the night and didn't want to stop crying, so we didn't make it over to Uncle Jay's house to bring in the new year! Sorry Uncle Jay! I did eventually make it past midnight and even participated in a new years toast, but I was really tired and wanted to go to sleep soon after that! I had a nice new years celebration and I'm looking forward to my first full year in 2011!

Uncle Darin/Auntie Erin's last days visiting

December 27-December 31

During Auntie Erin and Uncle Darin's last days here, they spent a lot of time with me! I enjoyed watching them play the new Kinect game, going shopping with them at Valley Fair, eating out with them and laughing with them! I will miss them and I hope I get to see them again soon! My 'brother' Rocky will miss them too! They spoiled him a lot and gave him a lot of attention!

December 26th

Today my daddy, Uncle Darin and Auntie Erin went out to snowboard again and my mommy stayed home to watch me! Tahoe got a foot of snow last night so the snow was really good for everyone and they all had fun on the slopes! At the cabin, my mommy was finally able to get a video of me singing/talking to my mobile! I've been doing it for awhile now, but whenever my mommy or daddy try to video me, I get camera shy! I love to talk to my mobile and 'sing' with it!

December 25th
Today is my first christmas and it was a 'white' xmas because we were still in Tahoe and it snowed in the evening! I hung out during the day with my Auntie Erin, Uncle Darin and Daddy and my Mommy joined us later after she skied a few hours! Then at night we all went out for a xmas dinner at Garwoods! Everyone really liked their food! I can't eat solid foods yet, but I had a fun time hanging out! I didn't want to sit in my car seat though and fussed until my mommy took me out and held me on her lap! I was real good after that though! I just wanted to be part of the 'party'!  Next year I'll be able to join in on actually eating the yummy food too!

December 24th
Today my mommy, auntie Erin and uncle Darin went snowboarding. My daddy was nice and stayed home with me today ( him and my mommy are switching off watching me since I can't go out on the slopes yet!).
Auntie Erin and Uncle Darin had fun snowboarding and enjoyed the nice weather today!

Tahoe vacation

December 23rd
We came up to Tahoe today and I did real good in the car again and slept the whole way up! We met up with Uncle Dean who was already up here skiing and we got to hang out and have dinner with him before he leaves tomorrow. Uncles, Auntie, mom and dad had fun at dinner and I fell asleep in all their arms, both on the shuttle ride and during the whole dinner.

September 23nd

Last night my Auntie Erin and Uncle Darin came to visit us from Kaui! I was so excited to see them but had to wait until this morning to see them because I was already sleeping when they came in. My Auntie and Uncle are so good with me! They don't have any kids of their own yet, but when they do, I know they will be very good parents! They seemed like pros already at holding and consoling me! I'm excited to spend the next week and a half with them!

December 22

 Today I turned 3 months old! At 3 months, I have just recently been able to find my thumb and keep it in my mouth! It has helped out a lot in helping me go to sleep at night and keep me asleep through the night! I still wake up a couple times a night, but my sleep times are getting longer! I also like to coo a lot and 'talk' to people especially after I've eaten and I'm in a good mood! I like to look at books and love to listen to music and watch my mobile! The mobile helps keep me calm when I'm fussy! I also am getting better at sitting up on my own on the couch and I love to watch the TV, especially football! Maybe because my daddy is always watching it! Sometimes I am just lying in my crib or sitting and I laugh all by myself and my mommy and daddy wonder what is so funny! So far I have already been to Tahoe and my mommy and daddy take me all over the place to visit their friends, go shopping and out to eat! Usually I just sleep, but lately I've been wanting to get out of my carseat/stroller and sit on their laps or be held and look around! I'm getting better at tummy time and can hold my head up longer, but I still like to use my legs more than my arms and try to push myself forward, landing on my head! Hopefully I'll get better at using my arms as I get stronger!


Today in the afternoon I got to meet Uncle Jay! Him and Auntie Jane are getting married next year!! My mommy and daddy are very excited for them! I had fun sitting on Uncle Jay's lap almost the whole time! He was so good with me! I hope to see him again soon, and hopefully meet Auntie Jane soon too!

In the evening my friend Damon's grandma and grandpa Ozawa came to visit me! It was so nice to meet them! Mrs Ozawa rocked me to sleep while they were here! I hope to see them soon again too!

December 20th

Today my mommy and grandma made christmas cookies! Both my mommy and grandma love to bake! My grandma baked when my mommy was little and that's how she learned to bake! As I get older, maybe I'll continue to watch and learn to bake too! The cookies looked yummy, but I'll have to wait until next year to eat them! Maybe I can even start to help a little by then too! 

Later that day, my mommy and daddy let me open my xmas present early to try it out! I got a bumbo seat ! I like it and it helps me sit upright better!

December 19th

Today I got to meet Uncle Derick for the first time. He and Auntie Denise stopped by to say hi. It was so nice to meet him!

Later that night we went to Auntie Jenica and Uncle Kevin's house for a holiday potluck. I finally got to meet and see Uncle Kevin and Auntie Nicole. I was a little fussy, so unfortunately they didn't get to hold me for very long. Maybe next time I'll be less tired and more awake for them!

I also got to meet Uncle Kevin's mom and dad for the first time! They were here from Hawaii visiting! It was nice to meet them! My mommy and daddy ate a lot of yummy food that everyone made and I got to sit and play with Maile and Melia some. I really liked their little chair! I also got to meet Auntie Lana's kids, Emi and Kayla for the first time ( I met them before but I was sleeping!).
