Tahoe/ skiing

Dec 12-24th

We got to head to Tahoe!! I haven't been to the snow since last year and I was excited to go again! It was Kiley's first time in the snow and although she didnt get to actually play in it, she did get snow on her face ( by me accidentally!) and didn't like it at all! Uncle Dean, Auntie Nicole and Colton drove up to meet us up there too and it was so much fun to have them there!! It was Colton's first time in the snow as well! While we were up there it snowed ALOT so we had plenty of snow to play in! We did a lot of things while we were at Northstar! We got to see Santa Claus, make snowmen, go sledding and I got to get in skis for the first time!! I had fun doing all of it and my mommy and daddy said I did really well on my skis! Uncle Dean was there too, to help me down the hill!! It took me a few runs and a nice nap before I actually started to enjoy myself, but by the end of the day I had a lot of fun! We also went to Circus Circus one day and I got to play a lot of games! I collected a lot of tickets and won a bunch of animals and toys! It was a fun trip and I'm looking forward to coming back!

Dec 9th

Today we all got together with my (great) Auntie Eileen and my (second) cousins, Stephanie and Jennifer and her husband Marty and son Ryan! It was soooo nice to see them! It was also Uncle Dean's bday, so we made it a joint celebration.  We all had fun hanging out and I had fun playing with everyone! My mommy had a fun time catching up with everyone too! Hopefully we can all get together again soon!

Dec 5th

Today I got to see Devin! Devin's daddy had the day off and so me and mommy went to visit them! I had a lot of fun riding Devin's bikes and feeding the ducks! I also had a lot of fun playing with all of Devin's toys!! I didn't want to leave! Hopefully I will see him again soon!

Kiley turns 3 months

November 30th

Today Kiley turned 3 months old! She still sleeps a lot of the day but she has started to coo and smile a lot more and she really ‘watches’ the mobile. And when I put my face in front of hers she'll look at me now!  I like to try and interact with her! She can sit upright and hold her head pretty well but she still falls side to side or forward. I have to help make sure she doesn't fall down! She can lay on her tummy pretty good and kind of do what mommy calls the 'superman' pose. She does cry now and then and will often wake me up during the night, but my mommy and daddy say she's a good baby. I haven't been sleeping well at night though and I wake up often calling for my mommy and daddy.  I've been trying to adjust to having a little sister and mommy and daddy say I'm doing pretty well, but there definitely are some difficult times, both at night and during the day! I'm trying to learn to share things, the most difficult being mommy! I don't want mommy holding Kiley because I want to be held instead! 

Dance class

Nov 24th
I've been doing dance class for a few months now and I've finally gotten confident and comfortable enough to dance on my own ( without mommy holding my hand)! Now I look forward to going every weekend! Here's a video of me doing some ballet!

Uncle Darin, Auntie Erin and Levi/ Thanksgiving

Nov 21st

Uncle Darin , Auntie Erin and Levi came today to visit too! I was so excited to see them! And it was the first time we got to meet Levi and the first time they got to meet Kiley! It was so nice to have everyone together for the holiday! Levi is such a fun and happy baby! I had fun trying to play with him and feed him! We all had a nice Thanksgiving dinner together with Bachan and Auntie Nicole, Uncle Dean and Colton too!!
