Damon's 4th Bday party!

June 8th

Today me and Kiley got to go to Damon's 4th birthday party!! It was a lot of fun and I got to see a lot of people there!! We had a lot of fun playing with all of Damon and Trevor's toys! But the best part of all was the cool school bus!! Because the theme of the party was 'school buses' , Auntie Ashley and Uncle Todd rented a REAL school bus for all of us to ride in!!! It was me and Kileys first time in a school bus and I thought it was soooo cool!! The bus took us to Jamba Juice and we all got to drink smoothies!! YUM! After the bus ride we got to sing happy birthday to Damon and eat CAKE! =) What a fun party! Happy Birthday Damon!

Discovery Museum with Mommy

June 1st

Today I got to go to the Discovery Museum with Mommy! They had a Curious George event and I was so excited to get to see Curious George! There was a long wait for him and he had to keep taking breaks, but I didn't mind the wait! I had fun playing with all the things there and didn't want to leave! It was a fun day and Mommy enjoyed spending time with me! I hope we can go back again soon!

Kiley turns 9 months old!

May 30th

Kiley is already 9 months old!! She's growing up so fast! I've been noticing because she is crawling all over the place! She seems to be enjoying being able to get everywhere, but I have NOT been enjoying it at all!! She gets into all my stuff and wants to play with everything that I'm playing with! Plus she messes everything up and puts everything into her mouth! I get very frustrated and my mommy and daddy get mad at me for not sharing, but I don't' want her to be around my things! Kiley is also standing up a lot and always trying to reach up and pull herself up to stand! She gets into everything! She still falls a lot when she's standing, but she's getting better about keeping herself upright and even is taking steps side to side! I guess my stuff isn't going to be 'safe' on the ottomans any more either! My mommy and daddy have been 'walking' with her a lot too! She seems to be having fun 'walking' and can move her feet pretty well. She's also been trying to go up the stairs in the house! My mommy and daddy have had to keep their eyes on her a lot more and pay attention to her a lot more too. I've noticed because I have to make an effort ( i.e. whine or cry) to get my own attention! I try to crawl up the stairs like Kiley and try to make baby noises just like her since she seems to get attention that way! Kiley has been eating more finger foods too, and every time my mommy gives her some 'puffs' or even the pureed baby food, I want some too!! Lately I have not been happy having Kiley around and keep telling Mommy and Daddy to take her away.  They keep telling me that I have to be a good big sister and share my things, but it's been very hard for me! Kiley had her 9 month appt today and was 18 pounds and 2'4" tall. My mommy says that I was I was pretty much the same weight ( 18 pounds 11 ounces and the same height!). It'll be interesting to see how we both grow up over the years!

Strawberry picking!

May 26th

Today we went Strawberry picking down in Watsonville! It was my first time getting to go to a farm and pick my own strawberries! We have a couple of strawberry plants at home but I usually only pick one or two at a time. At this farm there were strawberries everywhere! We had a lot of fun! Uncle Spencer, Auntie Stella and Tyler joined us too and we all got more than enough to take home! Afterwards we went to their deli and ate sandwiches, pie and played outside! It was a fun day and I can't wait to come back to do it again! Maybe for apple season!

May 15-19

I got to go to Disneyland again!!!! I was so excited about the trip I kept asking when we were going! And I was even more excited that I was going to get to spend the trip with Uncle Spencer, Auntie Stella, Tyler and Uncle Todd, Auntie Ashley, Damon and Trevor!!

My favorite thing about Disneyland is seeing all the characters!!! I got to see a lot of different ones than I did in the past, including some princesses and fairies! My mommy finally got me an autograph book so now I can collect all their autographs and put their pictures next to them! My favorite character is still Goofy though!! He's so funny!

I also liked just hanging out with all the other kids! My mommy's friends from college met us down there too and so there were even more kids to hang out with!!! At dinner, there were more kids than adults! It was a chaotic , noisy and fun dinner though, especially with all the balloon animals flying around the table!

On the last night we went to see the World of Color show at California Adventure! It was my first time seeing it ( my mommy and daddy went last year, but I was sleeping during it). I liked it although I was worried about getting wet from all the water ( which I didn't). Auntie Stella bought us the cool Mickey ears that light up with the music!! They were really neat to watch and to wear!! It was a long night and a long weekend but it was all worth it and I had a lot of fun! I'm already asking Daddy when I can go back again. His response was 'ask me in a month'. I think Disneyland wore him out more than it did me!!
